  cultures and tea in this workshop on the ubiquitous and sometimes mag
 ical brew, Kombucha. You’ll learn the process for making this cultur
 e-rich brew two ways (continuous and single batch) and we'll discuss c
 aring for the culture that is needed to make it, and techniques for ad
 ding flavor and fizz!  We'll play around with secondary fermentation 
 and discuss bottling tips, bacterial benefits, and taste finished ferm
 ents.\n\nAll participants will leave with a SCOBY (the culture to make
  kombucha at home) and some starter tea as well as an info packet with
