 pportunities and exposure for visual artists in the Philadelphia area,
  has partnered with the Juvenile Law Center to present Juvenile In Jus
 tice, an exhibition of works by artists Richard Ross, Roberto Lugo, an
 d Mat Tomezsko aimed at inspiring reform of the juvenile justice syste
 m and encouraging the implementation of art education programs nationw
 ide. The Juvenile In Justice exhibition is inspired by Richard Ross’
  award-winning book Juvenile-In-Justice, in which Ross travels to 30 s
 tates, including Pennsylvania, and photographs over 250 youth faciliti
 es. Ross’ works creates a framework for the discussion of issues sur
 rounding juvenile incarceration, to which Philadelphia artists Roberto
  Lugo and Mat Tomezsko respond with examples of the positive influence
  that arts programming can provide, and how engaging youth in these pr
