  1-22nd, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, enjoy $5 holiday-inspired drinks and o
 ffer special menu items at 20+ restaurants, plus look for extended sho
 pping hours, special sales, events and discounts at 25+ retailers and 
 boutiques. Festivities kick off this Thursday, December 1st with carol
 ers, historic re-enactors and a live ice sculpture. The kickoff celebr
 ation will take place at the Betsy Ross House courtyard (239 Arch Stre
 et) and will feature Betsy Ross, carolers, and a live ice sculpture pe
 rformance by Studio Ice. Visitors can take photos with Old City Photo 
 Booth and enjoy $1 off admission at the Betsy Ross House, which will o
 ffer extended hours until 8:00pm. Admission is free and open to the pu
