 ddha taught the main obstacle to making progress in the spiritual path
  is negative karma and the main cause of our suffering is our negative
  actions from the past. In this course, we will receive instructions o
 n how to remove obstacles from our mind quickly  – leaving us refre
 shed, clean, and happy.\nTaught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.\nSund
