DESCRIPTION:Take a guided hike to see the largest trees in our forest,
  some with a circumference of over 12 feet.  Gain a historical perspe
 ctive of the land while learning how these trees escaped harvest durin
 g a time dominated by agriculture and logging.  We’ll also learn si
 mple ways to identify these species by their winter characteristics. 
  Our walk will take us through old fields, past ruins, and into steep 
 ravines.  If there is snow cover on the ground, wear warm boots or sn
