  is the forager for a number of renowned restaurants in the New York 
 City and Philadelphia area. Her work restoring native meadows and eati
 ng wild weeds has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, CBS News, 
 and NPR, among others.  Her book Foraged Flavor, a seasonally organi
 zed field guide on cooking with foraged edibles, was published in 2012
