  bars offer samples of their signature dishes and drinks under the cov
 er of a big top tent between Morris and Dickinson streets. Exciting de
 buts this year include Noord, Sophia’s, Will BYOB, Pollyodd, Plenty 
 and Ippolito’s. VIP tickets are $50 per person and include early acc
