DESCRIPTION:On this day, we will receive time-honored advice and encou
 ragement from traditional sources. These teachings and meditations wil
 l reach directly into our hearts and offer a guiding hand. Through fee
 ling accepted and fully supported, we can begin the journey towards a 
 lighter, freer way of feeling.\nAccording to tradition, it’s through
  our spiritual community that we truly free ourselves from isolation a
 nd depression. We will meet similar people who are making the same jou
 rney.\nWe will discover that we are not alone and that in fact we are 
 surrounded by people who would love to share their lives with us. This
  will open the door to discovering true joy in life and finding your o
 wn personal purpose.\nTaught by Resident Teacher, Gen Tenzin.\nEach se
 ssion builds upon the previous one. It is encouraged to attend all ses
