 d wood, a cold frame is great way to start the growing season early or
  extend it into the fall. Get your garden off to an early start with a
  workshop, in collaboration with Penn State farmers and educators. We
 ’ll tour a hoop house and learn how to  build a cold frame on a bud
 get, as well as learn successful growing techniques to ensure a bounti
 ful harvest. Participants will leave with a completed cold frame. Weâ€
 ™ll provide some tools, but please bring your own if you can.  Pre-re
