 , Ayla will be behind the bar serving some of Philadelphia’s favori
 te cocktails!\n \n\nThis special evening will benefit Songs of Love,
  a national organization that creates free, personalized, original son
 gs to uplift children and teens currently facing tough medical, physic
 al or emotional challenges. Since 1996, Songs of Love has reached out 
 to over 22,500 children in over 500 hospitals and health care faciliti
 es in all 50 states. Ayla serves as their national spokesperson and ha
 s written over a dozen songs for kids.\n \n\nAyla Brown embarked on h
 er artist journey after making it through the tryouts of 135,000 poten
 tial contestants for the national acclaimed television program Americ
 an Idol in 2006. Brown finished her high school career as one of the
  top female basketball players in Massachusetts. history, scoring 2,38
 0 career points. This made her the sixth place all-time leading scorer
  in Massachusetts basketball history, male or female. In 2006 she went
  on to attend BC on a full athletic scholarship as a Communications ma
 jor.\n \nAyla served as the only National Anthem singer for the Phila
 delphia 76ers from 2011-2013. During her two years with the team, she 
 also entertained the attendees with occasional half-time and concourse
  shows, and spent time with the fans as they watched the games. Ayla p
 erformed numerous full band and acoustic shows throughout the greater 
 Philadelphia area while she was with the team, and coming up she will 
 be performing at the American Music Theatre in Lancaster, PA on Jun
 e 12, 2014 opening up for country music duo, Thompson Square.  \n 
 \n\nAyla has two country music albums. Her self-titled album, Ayla Br
 own, was released in November 2010 and charted onBillboard in the Nor
 theast section of the United States. Her second release, Heroes & Hom
 etowns, was released in November 2012 and peaked at #1 on Amazon MP3 a
 nd #51 on the iTunes country chart. Ayla has performed at the legendar
 y Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, and has been overs
 eas to Afghanistan, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Turkey to entertain the
