DESCRIPTION:In this one-night-only event, 15 composers from around the
  country will present a pair of art songs and compete for a chance to 
 work with CCOT on a brand new opera work.  This night gives the audie
 nce a chance to vote on their favorite composer, and help CCOT select 
 one of the winners!  At least two will be offered a chance to write a
