 5:00 to 7:00pm. Celebrity judges will pick the best meatballs and best
  gravy served up from top chefs, home cooks, bloggers, food critics an
 d South Philly locals. The winner will get bragging rights, a cash pri
 ze plus swag gifts. Bar specials will include $3 Lagers, $10 Chetty pi
 tchers, $2.5 Millers, half price wings and more.  Admission is free.
